When Tip Top created three delicious new indulgent ice creams and coated them in decadent Whittaker’s chocolate, we knew it would be a big deal for ice cream and chocolate lovers nationwide. It was time to celebrate!
First, Mango got the public excited, sharing the news with the nation via media and social stories.
Then, we created the ultimate #Happimess experience for fans to try the delicious new ice creams before they hit stores.
A super-luxe pop up appeared in Auckland and Wellington, for one day only. Designed to reflect the beautiful packaging design, the ultimate ice cream x chocolate experience featured a conveyor belt serving the treats to happy consumers beneath an oversized chocolate fountain.
As word spread, the streets of Auckland and Wellington hummed with news of the tantalising #Happimess events. Queues went around the block and people waited for over an hour to get their hands and mouths on the ice creams, with 6,500 given away over a few short hours.
